To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, a transfer in the amount of forty six thousand, eight hundred eighty four three dollars ($46,884.00) from the Salary Contingency Account to various Personal Services Accounts in the  Police Enhanced 911 Department for the purpose of funding the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Somerville and the Somerville E-911 Call Taker/Dispatchers, Service Employees International Union, Local 888 effective for the period July 1, 2010-June 30, 2013.

The transfer funds retroactive adjustments for the period July 1, 2010 -September 10, 2011 and prospective adjustments from September 11, 2011 - June 30, 2012.
