That the Commissioner of Public Works contact the appropriate utility companies to address the utility lines that are wrapped around a tree at the intersection of Park Street and Somerville Avenue and to direct them to attach those wire to the appropriate utility pole(s); AND BE IT FURTHER Ordered that the responsible utility companies be fined, as allowed, for attaching the wires to city property.
