To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby appoint, subject to the Honorable City Council's confirmation, Eri Furusawa as a member of the Commission on Energy Use and Climate Change. Eri Furusawa will fill a vacant position, serving the remainder of a term through February 29, 2024, with possible reappointment for a three-year term.
