To the Honorable Board:

East Somerville Police Substation Lease

I respectfully request your approval of a lease for the Lower Broadway Police Substation at 79-83 Broadway.  The space consists of 760 square feet of office space consisting of five (5) rooms plus two bathrooms, and approximately 300 square feet of basement storage space.  The term will be one year, commencing September 1, 2010 terminating August 31, 2011.  The rent will be $1,375 per month for a total of $16,500 per year.
