That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development submit a SomerVision implementation and accountability plan, by district (listing wards) for each of the following; (1) residential, (2) affordable units and (3) jobs, and report progress made in (4) 125 acres of public space, (5) new trips via transit, bike and walking, and (6) new development in transformative areas.  Said plan to be updated twice a year.
