Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $482,490 in Water Enterprise Fund Retained Earnings to fund the FY2013 Water Enterprise Fund Budget. This appropriation will help to mitigate rate increases which would be necessary to pass on to the rate payers.
