To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to create the Elmwood Stabilization Fund and accept ($12,500), under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 5B. This mitigation payment will be used for a crosswalk installation in accordance with ZBA decision 2011-31 condition #21.
