That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development: 1) determine if any of city's trees have been infected by Emerald Ash Borer, a disease that kills ash trees, 2) explain the city’s policy, if one exists, to save any infected trees by spraying Tree Azin to help preserve those that have been infected and 3)  report back to this Board with a strategy.
