That the Clerk of Committees send a communication to the owner of the Armory and to Arts at the Armory, asking that they send to this Board, a copy of the consultant's noise report for the Armory for review prior to the next meeting of the Committee on Public Health and Public Safety, scheduled for September 20, 2010 at 6:00 PM and that representatives of the Armory appear at that meeting.
