To the Honorable Board,

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to approve a time-only extension to the current contract (#130048) for on-call Engineering Services to complete the final punch list items and billing purposes for the East Broadway project.

Contract expired 7/31/15 time-only extension requested until 7/31/16.
