To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I respectfully request that you appropriate $57,600 from the Capital Stabilization Fund to purchase recycling carts.  We are seeking the funding in order to purchase 1,500 recycling carts for the Single Stream Recycling Pilot Program.

OSE staff is happy to provide you with more information on the Pilot Program at your request.
