To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request your approval for an appropriation in the amount of $28,856,300 to fund the Fiscal Year 2023 Sewer Enterprise Fund Budget. The appropriation order attached is broken down into Personal Services, Ordinary Maintenance, Capital, Debt Service, and Special Items.

Sufficient revenues shall be raised from charges to meet said appropriation which includes an estimated $732,980 in indirect costs for charges currently carried in the General Fund to support Sewer Enterprise activities
