To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, a transfer in the amount of two million, four hundred thousand dollars ($2,400,000.00) from the Salary Contingency Account (01999951-511000) to the Fire Department,  Salaries  Account  (0122051-511000) for the purpose of funding the retroactive salary and wage related provisions of  JLMC Case 10-12F in the matter of the Arbitration Between the City of Somerville and the International Association of Firefighters, Local 76.
