That the Commissioner of Public Works and/or the City Solicitor report to this Board on efforts to make the Albion Street sidewalk contractor repair the sidewalks or refund the city; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That the Commissioner of Public Works take the necessary action to have the sidewalks repaired.
