That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development request the Neighborhood Impact Team investigate the property at 11 Pearson Road for all building, fire and zoning code infractions, especially with the possible occupancy of the basement as a living area and take all necessary action to compel the property owner to comply with all requirements.
