To the Honorable City Council:

 

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council consider and:

 

1) accept a pedestrian access sidewalk easement over portions of land at 16-20 Medford Street owned by Somerville Living, LLC, for the purpose of pedestrian access to the portions of the sidewalk on private property of Somerville Living, LLC, and;

 

2)  approve a grant of a license from the City to Somerville Living, LLC for performing maintenance obligations of the portions of the sidewalk located within the right of way owned by the City of Somerville.

 

Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
