The Mayor respectfully submits for this Council’s consideration and ordainment an amendment to Chapter 7 Article IV Section 7-64(a)(1), Section 7-64(e) and Section 7-65(d)(3)(A) of the Code of Ordinances to reduce displacement of tenants and bring relocation payments in line to actual costs.
