To the Honorable Board:

Please find in the attachments a list of all exempt properties, one including properties that would likely be taxed at the residential tax rate and the other including properties that would be taxed at the commercial rate.  Also please be aware that the Administration is reviewing the status of our existing payment in lieu of tax, (PILOT) properties and the potential for changes and additions.
