That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Mobility) report to this Council why there are still so few speed bumps or humps in Somerville, especially since the ones deployed on Powder House Boulevard in front of the West Somerville Neighborhood School last year seem to be working to make a dangerous area safer for pedestrians.
