To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to create the 337 Broadway Stabilization Fund and accept ($35,000), under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 5B. This mitigation payment will be used for multi-modal street design improvements in the Winter Hill Plan area in accordance with Planning Board decision 2014-30 condition #7.
