That the Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Community Development compile a list of all development projects over the past ten years as well as all current and future development projects, and present said list to the Board of Aldermen’s Committee on Public Utilities and Public Works in preparation for its discussions with NSTAR regarding NSTAR’s ability to provide acceptable electrical capacity to service the current and future needs of the City of Somerville.
