The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council rescind the $2,500,000 borrowing authorization, passed by order of the Council duly adopted on December 17, 2020, and approved by the Mayor on December 21, 2020, for the purpose of paying costs of HVAC Improvements to existing school and municipal buildings due to COVID-19 pandemic.
