That the Commissioner of Public Works work with the Director of Constituent Services to implement a registry of properties that require special plowing or shoveling attention due to the necessary actions of city plows, and that there be an automatic reminder built into the system so that these special situations are dealt with without the property owner needing to make multiple calls to 311.
