To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board,  an appropriation in the amount of $354,166 for the resurfacing of eleven streets all of which have had water services replaced and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor to borrow $354,166 to meet said appropriation.

Debt service for this project will be paid from the Water Enterprise Fund.
