To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request a transfer in the amount of $85,000 from the OSPCD Economic Development Professional and Technical Services account to the OSPCD Planning and Zoning Professional and Technical Services account. The amount of $85,000 is the estimated amount required to complete a set of zoning impact analysis studies for the proposed new zoning overhaul. Director of Planning, George Proakis, is available to answer any questions.
