That the Director of Personnel, Robert Collins, Matthew Buckley, and the Chief Fire Engineer appear before this Board of Aldermen to explain why this Board was never informed of the directive of the Massachusetts Human Resources Department that Sean O'Brien's name be placed as Number 1 on the Certification from which the City appointed 9 Reserve Firefighters (a copy of the document obtained from the Civil Service Commission's file setting forth the directive is attached hereto).
