To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I hereby submit for your Honorable Board's consideration and approval an ordinance overhauling and superseding the current zoning ordinance as adopted on March 23, 1990, and subsequently amended.

This new zoning ordinance implements over 100 goals, policies and actions spelled out in the SomerVision comprehensive plan.

My staff and I look forward to discussing this amendment with your Honorable Board.
