To the Honorable City Council:
I hereby convey a request to release the minutes, notes, recordings or other materials used in the preparation of such minutes, and all documents and exhibits used, in the Executive Session held by the Somerville City Council on January 14, 2021 with respect to #211181, a request of the Mayor to appear in Executive Session to discuss Somerville public safety and security matters.
The request by resident Derrick Rice is attached. The City Council may need to enter into Executive Session to consider the release of said minutes and related items.
