That the Superintendent of Inspectional Services inspect the properties at 20 and 22 Durham Street for all building and health code violations, including the presence of an abandoned vehicle on the property, extensive overgrowth, decayed building facade and uninhabited units, and advise, with the City Solicitor, whether the city should begin the process of having a receiver appointed for the property.
