Dear Honorable Board Members:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, a transfer in the amount of three hundred sixty seven thousand, six hundred thirty one dollars ($367,631.00) from the Salary Contingency Account to the DPW School Custodian Personal Services Account for the purpose of funding the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Somerville and the Service Employees International Union, Local 615, Chapter 3 effective for the period July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2013.

The transfer funds the settlement through June 30, 2012.
