To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby request, pursuant to Section 2-121 of the Code of Ordinances, your approval to retain the services of Peter J. Epstein, Esq., Epstein & August, LLP, to provide representation as outside legal counsel in our pending cable license renewal negotiations.

Mr. Epstein and his firm have extensive experience in the field of municipal cable license negotiations.

As always, I am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.  Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
