To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $2,227,500.00 for the repair of water problems on Cedar St., and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor to borrow $2,227,500.00 to meet said appropriation.

Funding will also be used for administration, engineering services, and police details.

To meet said appropriation, the Treasurer will be authorized to borrow $2,227,500.00 as provided by M.G.L. Chapter 44.
