Be it hereby known to all that the

Somerville Mayor and Board of Aldermen

Offers its sincerest congratulations to

Fred Caruso

On the happy occasion of his Eightieth Birthday.

Fred has been a leader in the recreational and political life of Somerville for many years, particularly through his work with Little League Baseball and the Ward One Civic Committee.

The entire Membership extends its best wishes for

Good health and continued success in all endeavors.
