That the Commissioner of Public Works report to this Board on the use of the herbicide Finale on weeds that grow under the seats at Trum Field, in a place where children and adults sit for long periods of time, and why the DPW is using an herbicide whose active chemical ingredient, Glufosinate-ammonium, has been classified as “toxic for reproduction” by the European Parliament, and what alternative methods of weed control the DPW has tried.
