That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) inspect 3-5 Walter Terrace for any and all violations and fine the landlord accordingly; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That a report be provided to the Ward 4 Alderman, detailing the violations found and fined, at the completion of the site visit.
