To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council accept and approve expending a grant of $25,600 from MEMA/FEMA's Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG), under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. The purpose of this grant is to pay for 911 Center planning consultant services.

This grant will be managed by the Office of Emergency Management.
