Special Counsel submitting D2 Block Acquisition and Legal Costs.

To the Honorable Board:

I hereby convey a memorandum summarizing the pro tanto payments made to acquire the D2 Block properties, and the legal costs billed to date in connection with the eminent domain lawsuits arising from these acquisitions.  This information was requested by the Board in connection with discussion of #206245, relating to the settlement of the Prospect Iron lawsuit.
