That the Commissioner of Public Works and/or the City Solicitor report to this Board on efforts to make the Albion Street sidewalk contractor repair the sidewalks or refund the City; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That the Commissioner of Public Works take the necessary action to have the sidewalks repaired and report to this Board on when those repairs will be completed.
