To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that this Board consider and approve the Dept. Of Information Technology's request to enter into a three (3) year hardware and software lease maintenance agreement with Network Support vendor EPLUS. The annual cost of this agreement is $115,111.13 per year. This three year contract offers an added value of nearly $60,000 over the three year period.
