That this Board consider amending section 16.10.2. of the Somerville zoning code, which allows application in a Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a “…waiver of any new zoning regulation through the special permit with site plan review process before the SPGA…” to exclude application for any waiver from inclusionary zoning affordable housing requirements, and that the City Solicitor provide a legal opinion to this Board on the legality of such a zoning change by no later than September 14, 2017.
