That the Director of Traffic and Parking instruct Parking Control Officers to regularly patrol the fire lanes on Pinckney Street, at Pinckney Place, to ensure that they remain clear; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That all violators be issued a warning for the first offense followed by appropriate fines there after.
