To the Honorable City Council:

Pursuant to Section 2-124 of the Somerville Code of Ordinances, the Mayor respectfully request this council approve the Law Department's settlement of a pending claim in excess of $5,000.00 for damages to a 2021 Toyota Prius on 3/8/2024 in the amount of $7,182.00
