To the Honorable Board:
I respectfully request that your Board vote to approve the extension of a contract with Clarion Associates until December 31, 2016.
This contract extension would allow the City of Somerville to continue to have on-call consulting services available for the zoning overhaul. This extension will not require additional appropriations.
My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
