Dear Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor,  to borrow two hundred thousand dollars, ($200,000)  for additional renovations and repairs to the Public Safety Building.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
