The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the creation of the Prospect St.Traffic Conditions Stabilization Fund and accept $262,000 for the Fund, under the provisions of MGL 40, Section 5B. This Fund will be used to satisfy the traffic conditions of special permit # PB-2019-04.
