To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $25,000 from the Dilboy Field Enterprise Fund Retained Earnings Account certified as of July 1, 2021 for the purpose of  subsidizing the FY2023 Dilboy Field Enterprise Fund Budget.
