The Mayor respectfully submits for this Council’s consideration and ordainment an amendment to Chapter 2, Article V, Division 4, Section 2-221  to extend the exclusive period for Group A and Group B Priority Marijuana Applicants from 4 years to 5 years. Attached is a communication from Special Counsel Catherine Lester Salchert along with the proposed Ordinance amendment.
