To the Honorable Council:

Per the Community Preservation Committee’s recommendation, I respectfully request that your Honorable Council approve the repurposing of $200,000 in CPA historic resources funds awarded to the City of Somerville's Capital Project Division for the rehabilitation of City Hall. The scope of this project will be amended to allow for CPA funds to also be used for the conceptual design of City Hall and adding the conceptual design of the 1895 Building to the project.  Details of this request are available in the attached recommendation from the CPC.
