Requesting approval of a Home Rule Petition directing the Retirement Board to retire Police Officer Mario Oliveira.

Amended

1. Replace the phrase "the age of sixty-five (65)" with the phrase "the mandatory retirement age".

2. Replace the phrase "the age of sixty-five (65) years of age" with the phrase "the mandatory retirement age".

3. Delete the phrase "pursuant to section 7 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, a yearly amount of pension".
