Dear Mr. Long,
I am writing this email to send my support for initiating the use of pet-safe ice melt in Somerville public areas. This is an important (and easy to fix) issue, as it is unfair to pets in the city -- watching them endure pain as they try to walk down the streets in our neighborhood is unnecessary and cruel. Please pass this on to Alderwoman Gerwitz. Thanks very much --
